As a home owner, I was more often than not, frustrated by the poor habits of home   service contractors. Hey, it's not rocket science, why don't these contractors ever show up?

I decided that if I ever owned my own company, things would be different.

Now I'm in charge and I'm personally determined to get a well trained professional at your place as promptly as possible. How do we do it? We run a tight ship. We train and treat our employees well, charge a fair price, and in our small way, make your life a little better.

Anyone can say, "Just do it right the first time." The problem is getting everyone in a company to believe in it. You've probably heard those stories about exceptional companies such as Ben and Jerry's, Smith and Hawkins. Somehow they manage to personalize the company's ethos and make everyone a part of the corporate culture.

Gutter service is not glamorous. Let's face it─it's a dirty job but I'm still trying to create an atmosphere where employees can flourish and enjoy the benefits of a job well done both financially and through personal satisfaction.
